MeroDoctor is an online doctor consultation platform, which allows you to access Non-Emergency/ Preventive Healthcare from anywhere and at any time.

Using MeroDoctor services through the web/mobile app, one can avail of either video consultations, chat with an expert general physician, get investigations done, obtain prescribed medicines, update health profiles, or view all medical records through her, anywhere and anytime! One can also avail hassle-free appointment confirmation from his/her desired hospitals listed in MeroDoctor.

How do I talk to a doctor on MeroDoctor?
It’s really simple. Once you sign up as a patient & fill in all details, you will see all the doctors who are online. Choose a doctor & click on ‘Instant Consultation” to start immediate video consultation with our doctors. For a planned video consultation, you can click on “Get an appointment with Doctors” and select the desired doctor, date, and time slot
How can use MeroDoctor service? Can I get a doctor/hospital of my choice?
MeroDoctor can be used by anyone above the age of 16 years with a secure identification process. Users can also book appointments on behalf of their children if they are under 16 years of age. MeroDoctor is an Online Doctor Consultation Platform. We ensure standardization of quality services and deliver satisfactory doctor consultation services to the end-user. Apart from an immediate video consultant, once can select a doctor and hospital of your own choice. All our doctors are highly qualified & experienced in treating the various medical concerns pertaining to preventive healthcare
How can I get an appointment? What happens if I miss my appointment?
We have a predefined slot of different doctors for the scheduled appointment. You get to book a time slot for a doctor consultation in advance as per your convenience. If you miss an appointment, immediately call us or message us, we will provide the next time slots for doctor consultations that are available. Subsequently, you can also book an appointment.
How can I keep track of my medical record?
After completion of the consultation call, the doctor generates a prescription, which gets updated to your medical records. In case of a chat, you always have access to the chat history. You can also upload your medical records through your profile section.
Can I receive a prescription for medication?
At the end of the consultation, you will be receiving the doctor's prescription in an e-prescription format. The e-prescription will be sent to your email and you can also view it in ‘The History section of the App. Using this, you can order/ purchase medicines from a pharmacy. Note: Doctors at MeroDoctor cannot prescribe medications that are classified as Narcotic Drugs.
Is there any reminder service for our appointments?
There is also a provision for an ‘appointment reminder’ through a Broadcast/SMS Notification. It will be sent to your registered mobile number prior to the consultation.
If a patient is not satisfied with the first doctor's e-consultation, then what would be the second option?
As we follow a set protocol for treatment with a group of highly qualified and experienced doctors, we assure only the best quality of treatment. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied after a consultation, you can book another consultation where you’ll be assigned another doctor. After every consultation, your medical history is updated so that the subsequent doctor can take off from exactly where the previous consultation had ended.
Can I use MeroDoctor from my Laptop/desktop?
MeroDoctor is a mobile-based application and it can also be accessed from Laptop/desktop via www. merodoctor.com web portal. Make sure you have audio and video equipment attached to your system. You can only use it on your Android or iOS device (mobile and tablets) after installing.
In case my call gets terminated before completing the consultation, how can I get connected with the same doctor again?
The call will remain in progress until you and the doctor have successfully concluded the consultation. In case you face any problem due to internet connectivity issues, you can click on ‘I am facing issues with the call’. Our office executive will call you back and complete the consultation.
Do you also deliver medicine at Home?
MeroDoctor tied up with 3rd party e-pharmacy agent, which will facilitate the delivery of medicines to your doorstep.
How do you keep my health and payment information secure and private?
We are committed to safeguarding and protecting all your personal information, including payment & medical information. We employ administrative, physical, and technical measures to safeguard and protect information under our control from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. Is my health record will be safe?

How can I make complain about your portal?

How can I provide my services through this app? To provide your services, you need to register yourself on our App. We shall contact you and validate your credentials.
